On Yahoo The Associated Press has a story about a lottery winner that has plead guilty to scamming people. A California woman name Judy Caroll who’s 59 years old won 5.2 million in the lottery back in ’89 apparently was scamming 6 people by telling them that her assets were frozen due to owing for taxes and she needed money.


She won 5.2 million huh?
