On Yahoo The Associated Press has a story about a lottery winner that has plead guilty to scamming people. A California woman name Judy Caroll who’s 59 years old won 5.2 million in the lottery back in ’89 apparently was scamming 6 people by telling them that her assets were frozen due to owing for taxes and she needed money.


She won 5.2 million huh?

She was charged at first with 35 counts of wire fraud and now she’s looking at decades in prison.
