1/8/2020 we have a story about Colorado’s new ‘red flag’ law that just came into effect on New Years Day of 2020 and on 1/2/2020 they’ve already gone after their first victim. This story is such absurd bullshit it’s unreal. On 12/29/2019 police were called for a domestic violence call where a man with a Glock handgun in his waistband was obviously intoxicated and he threatened to kill himself and was thankful the police were there to stop him. First of all it’s a federal offense to be intoxicated while carrying a firearm. Secondly, the man voluntarily gave up another one of his handguns?
