This story is about Jeffrey R. Clark, Jr. who they say followed the supposed synagogue shooter in Pittsburgh (Robert Bowers) online. And Clark was arrested for being in possession of a high capacity magazine and transporting a firearm through interstate commerce.

Well, there supposedly is no registry for firearms in this country. No one has to register a firearm they own (YET) unless it is a “short barreled rifle”, a “short barreled shotgun”, or if it post ban as of 1986 and is fully automatic. Once again the media is flat out lying to you about firearms laws in this country just like how we’ve heard over and over again throughout the years that these politicians and the media claim that people can just buy guns online and have them mailed directly to their home. That’s a lie. All firearms purchased must go through an FFL (federal firearms licensed) dealer. People can do a person to person sale in which the two parties included both have their permit to purchase or permit to carry and they can also fill out a bill of sale. I have never heard of anyone who legally owns firearms doing a person to person sale with someone who isn’t allowed to own firearms.
